Yoga

Yogic exercises are for every woman! Whether you are a first timer or an advanced practitioner, this class is for YOU! Yoga will help reduce your stress level, relieve depression, improve your immune system, help balance your mood, improve your flexibility and enhance your mental clarity. Variations will be given for your individual needs and desires. With patience and practice, you can learn to move with grace, raise your self-awareness and self esteem. After your long, hard, work week, you deserve to treat yourself to this refreshing, Saturday class. The class concludes with a relaxation that will surely leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to take on the day! Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat and/or towel and to wear clothing that will allow for free movement. All ability levels from first-time yogis to the advanced practitioner are welcome.
