Belly Dance- Sundays at 4pm
Belly Dance is the fusion of beauty, grace and strength. This class will allow you to develop your own inner rhythm and style while you learn how to dance with grace and sensuality in a welcoming and supportive social atmosphere. Vanessa will break down traditional Belly Dance moves into fun and esy steps. You will be introduced to the basic movements of belly dance including isolations, undulations, shimmies and transitions. Please wear workout attire (tighter is better so that the moves can be seen). We dance barefoot so no shoes are needed.Butts, Guts & Tabata- Sundays from 3-4pm
Wondering what all the buzz is about Tabata? Don't believe a 4 minute routine can produce results? Come find out for yourself. Vanessa will lead you through a 4 minute Tabata cardiovascular workout, followed by 40 minutes of Tabata-styled strength and toning exercises designed to target the glutes and abdominals. The Tabata method has been shown to increase both aerobic and anaerobic fitness; and isn't everyone looking to tighten up their butts and guts? All that's required is a towel and a water bottle, but you overachievers are welcome to bring dumbbells, leg weights, and/or kettle bells.Zumba with Lue on Friday evenings at 6:00pm starting January 6. When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick).
