Exotic Aerobics

This class combines sexy dance moves with dress-up and choreography fit for a music video. Michelle's smooth moves and motivating personality makes working out effortless and fun.

You will spend six weeks learning choreography that will bring out the diva in you. What girl doesn't like to play dress-up? Bring your girlfriends and your favorite high heels and strut with us.
