Benefits of Pole Fitness

Improved Self Image

Pole fitness classes are a great way to help you get fit and feel sexy and empowered all at the same time!

Strength

Having to support your own body weight with your arms and legs provides a phenomenal workout. With pole, every time you lift your legs off the ground and wrap them around the pole to do a spin, or other move, you are engaging your core muscles as well as the strength of your upper body.

Cardio

Because it's so much fun, it really doesn't feel like work. It feels more like you just accomplished an incredible gymnastic-like move. Make no mistake, however, you also get a good cardio workout as well. An hour on the pole can burn anywhere from 200-400 calories!

Relieve Stress

Pole fitness is a great way to unwind. If you are bored with traditional exercises at the gym, why not try something a bit different? Pole fitness relieves stress while improving your flexibility, fitness, strength, and tone.
