Vanessa will lead you through a 4 minute Tabata cardiovascular workout, followed by 40 minutes of Tabata-styled strength and toning exercises designed to target the glutes and abdominals. The Tabata method has been shown to increase both aerobic and anaerobic fitness; and isn't everyone looking to tighten up their butts and guts?
All that's required is a towel and a water bottle, but you overachievers are welcome to bring dumbbells, leg weights, and/or kettle bells.
